Description:
We have an immediate opening available for a Biller in our Edmonton office located at 13120 Yellowhead Trail.
Responsibilities
- Manage client expectations by looking into inquiries on POD's and rates on invoices
- Determine rates for LTL and linehaul trip and pays
- Perform audit on LTL and linehaul trip and pays
- Reconcile LTL statement to ensure all collect invoices have been invoiced
- Determine invoicing parameters
- Data Entry
- Research and determine rates, bill to customer and accessorial charges for TL freight bills
- Filing
- Other office duties as required
Skills and personal attributes
- Excel spreadsheet applications and Microsoft word
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Data entry skills
- Self starter
- Exceptional priority and time management skills
- Accounting knowledge to manage and reconcile customer accounts, short and over payments, invoice adjustments, etc.
